The landing-page rooms exist so you can move a real catalog sofa before you have an account. They are good at that. They are not a proxy for the flat you pay rent on.

Ceiling height, the radiator under the window, the way the door eats a corner — none of that is in a styled demo. Arranging a perfect scene there and then ordering for your own walls is how people recreate the old surprise.

Use the demo to learn the tools and to shortlist. When a piece still looks right after you have shoved it around, bring a photograph of your space and drop the same piece there.

Taste can be practised in public rooms. Commitment belongs in the room that will have to live with the decision.
