Why every listing makes the sofa look smaller than it is
Publicado
A 24 mm lens and an empty floor are a kindness to the seller. The seat looks like it would leave a generous aisle. Put the same seat next to your existing table and the aisle is a shuffle.
The studio refuses that kindness. The mesh is the published millimetres. If the seller says 214 cm, the object is 214 cm on your reconstructed floor — next to the rug and radiator that are already there.
A useful habit: drop the candidate, then drop the coffee table you already own (or a stand-in of the same depth). The leftover walkway is the number you feel every evening, not the number in the spec sheet.
If the aisle dies, the sofa is wrong for this room even if it is a beautiful sofa. That is a cheaper sentence to read than to live with.
